CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

SBI offers personalized "hands on" construction management services, which includes pre-construction planning, cost, design coordination, permits and controlling total construction work. The construction phase includes preparing the master baseline CPM schedule and updates; managing all contractors for quality, performance and safety; resolving problems; regular and special meetings; contract agreements; change orders; pay requests; closeout documentation.   

Video conferencing is used as required.

PRE-ENGINEERED STEEL BUILDING SPECIALTY SERVICES

Much of SBI's experience is related to utilizing pre-engineered steel buildings, often called "Butler Buildings" for constructing manufacturing and warehousing, as well as retail centers. Many of these projects were simply fulfilling dreams of hard working entrepreneurs building their new retail stores, auto shops, truck-tractor dealerships, warehousing and the list goes on.
